Terms of Service

Welcome to Cashify, the platform (the "Platform") designed for sports community operators ("Cappers") and their subscribers ("Subscribers"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement between Cashify LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Cashify") and you, the user of the Platform, whether you are a Capper or a Subscriber ("you," "your," or "Member").

By signing up on the Platform, accepting these Terms, or continuing to use the Platform after your account is created, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into and form an integral part of these Terms.

Nature of the Platform. Cashify is a marketplace that sells access to sports communities operated by Cappers on third-party platforms (Discord and Telegram). Cashify does not provide, publish, or distribute sports picks, analysis, or any other content directly. Any content shared by Cappers within their communities is solely the responsibility of that Capper and is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Platform or within any Capper's community constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any wager or bet. You assume sole responsibility for any decisions you make based on content accessed through or in connection with the Platform. Cashify does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of any Capper's community or content.

1. Definitions

The following capitalized terms have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

  • "Capper" means a Member who operates a sports community on the Platform and provides Content and Products to Subscribers.
  • "Capper Usage Agreement" means the separate agreement entered into between Cashify and each Capper during onboarding, governing Capper-specific obligations, fees, and payout terms.
  • "Content" means any sports picks, analysis, commentary, media, or other material published or distributed by a Capper through the Platform, including within Discord or Telegram communities.
  • "Fees" means the subscription charges set by a Capper and paid by a Subscriber to access a Product, as well as any applicable platform or processing fees.
  • "Member" means any registered user of the Platform, whether a Capper or a Subscriber.
  • "Platform" means the Cashify website, mobile application, and any other website, application, or service owned, operated, or controlled by Cashify LLC.
  • "Product" means a subscription package created by a Capper that provides Subscribers with access to Content and the Capper's Discord or Telegram community for a defined Subscription Period.
  • "Service" means the Platform and all features, tools, integrations, and services provided by Cashify thereunder.
  • "Subscriber" means a Member who subscribes to one or more Cappers' Products through the Platform.
  • "Subscription Period" means the duration of a Subscriber's active subscription to a Product, as set by the Capper, ranging from one (1) day to one (1) year.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

2.1 Eligibility

The Platform is available to individuals in the United States and Canada who are legally able to enter into these Terms and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform at any time, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

Use of the Platform for purposes related to sports wagering or gambling may be subject to additional laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal laws.

2.2 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. During the account creation process, you will be required to confirm via a checkbox that you are 18 or older. By checking that box and creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a Member is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account without refund and delete their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.3 Capper Accounts

To become a Member as a Capper, you must sign up on the Platform and accept these Terms along with the Capper Usage Agreement. The Capper Usage Agreement governs your specific obligations as a content provider and community operator. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Capper Usage Agreement, the Capper Usage Agreement controls with respect to Capper-specific matters.

2.4 Subscriber Accounts

To become a Member as a Subscriber, you must sign up on the Platform and accept these Terms. Your phone number will serve as your username. To log in, a verification code will be sent to your phone. Standard messaging rates may apply.

2.5 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cashify.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Cashify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Cappers

3.1 What Cappers Can Do

As a Capper, once you become a Member you may publish paywalled Content for your Subscribers through one or more Products. You may deliver Content through Subscribers' chosen notification channels, including via Discord and Telegram communities integrated with the Platform.

You will set the Fees for your Products. You may also offer free Products and/or a free trial period at your discretion. You will set the Subscription Period for each Product, which may range from one (1) day to one (1) year. Subscription Periods auto-renew unless cancelled by a Subscriber.

3.2 Pricing and Price Changes

Cappers may set and update the Fees for their Products at any time. However, price changes do not apply to any Subscriber's active Subscription Period. Existing Subscribers are grandfathered at the Fee they originally subscribed at and will continue to be charged that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

If a Capper wishes to move existing Subscribers to a new price, the Capper must cancel those Subscribers' existing subscriptions, after which Subscribers would need to resubscribe at the current rate. Cashify will notify affected Subscribers by email if their subscription is cancelled by a Capper.

3.3 Capper Obligations

As a Capper, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the Discord or Telegram community associated with your Product. This includes keeping the community reasonably active and accessible to active Subscribers throughout their Subscription Period. You agree not to abandon, close, or materially degrade your community without reasonable prior notice to affected Subscribers.

All Content must comply with these Terms, the Acceptable Use policy in Section 10, and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your Content. Cashify does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Content or picks provided by Cappers.

3.4 Payments to Cappers

Cashify has partnered with Stripe to handle collections and payments from Subscribers. You will need to set up a Stripe account to receive payouts. Cashify earns a service fee of 3% per transaction; Stripe charges a separate payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, for a combined total of 5.9% + $0.30 per transaction. There is no separate marketplace fee. Recurring plans have a $5.00 minimum charge. Full fee details are available on our Fees page.

Payouts are processed according to Stripe's standard payout schedule. Standard payouts typically arrive within 2 business days for US accounts. Instant payouts are available at an additional fee (4%, up to $2,000 USD or $2,500 CAD). Cashify reserves the right to place holds on payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms or the Capper Usage Agreement.

Dispute fees are $15.00 per chargeback filed by a cardholder, charged by Stripe (non-refundable). An additional $15.00 may apply if you contest a dispute, which is refunded if you win. You are responsible for the disputed amount and all associated fees. We plan to integrate Stripe Radar for fraud protection; additional fees for that service will be disclosed when available.

You can track your income on your Capper Dashboard. For questions about Stripe, refer to stripe.com/legal/ssa.

4. Subscribers

4.1 Subscribing to Cappers

Once you become a Member, you may subscribe to one or more Cappers and select Products. Cappers may offer Products for free or for a Fee at their sole discretion. By selecting a Product, you agree to incur any applicable Fees. Your subscription Fee is locked at the rate in effect at the time you subscribe and will not increase for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

4.2 Discord and Telegram Access

When you subscribe to a Product, Cashify will use its Discord and/or Telegram API integration to automatically provision your access to the Capper's community. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, Cashify will automatically revoke your access at the end of your current Subscription Period. You acknowledge that the availability of Discord and Telegram integrations depends on those third-party platforms, and Cashify is not responsible for outages or changes to those platforms outside of our control.

If a Capper migrates their community from one platform to another (e.g., from Discord to Telegram), you will need to link your account on the new platform and claim your access through your subscription page. Cashify is not responsible for any temporary disruption in access during a platform migration. If a Capper's community is removed or banned by Discord or Telegram independently of any action by Cashify, the Capper bears sole responsibility for any resulting disruption to Subscribers, and Cashify is not obligated to issue refunds in that circumstance. See Section 7 for what happens when a Capper's account is terminated by Cashify.

4.3 Notifications

Once subscribed, you will receive Content and notifications via the channel(s) you select. You agree to receive such notifications and authorize Cashify and the Capper to send them. Standard messaging rates may apply.

4.4 Subscription Management

  • Account Access: If subscribed to at least one Product, you can log in using your phone number to view recent Content and manage your subscriptions.
  • Free Trials: Some Cappers may offer a free trial at their discretion. You are eligible for one (1) free trial per Capper. A second trial attempt for the same Capper will be charged at the standard rate.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Period. To avoid renewal, set your subscription to "Do Not Renew" at least one (1) calendar day before the end of your current Subscription Period or free trial.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel mid-Subscription Period, you retain access to the Capper's community until the end of that period. No refund is issued for the current period. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Changing Subscriptions: Subscribers cannot hold two active subscriptions for the same Capper Product simultaneously. To change your subscription tier, use the "package discounts" option in your subscription settings or contact us at support@cashify.co.

5. Payments by Subscribers

  • Billing: When you subscribe to a Product, you agree to recurring billing of applicable Fees starting on the date you subscribe, repeating based on the Subscription Period set by the Capper.
  • Locked Pricing: Your Fee is locked at the rate in effect when you subscribed. A Capper may only move you to a new price by cancelling your existing subscription, after which you would need to resubscribe at the then-current rate.
  • Currency and Taxes: All Fees are billed and charged in USD. Quoted Fees do not include sales or other transaction-based taxes, which are your sole responsibility.
  • Authorized Payment Channels: You agree to pay for Products only through the payment channels authorized by Cashify. Payments made outside the Platform are not covered by any Cashify policy.

6. Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase except as set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before subscribing.

7. Capper Account Termination — Subscriber Impact

If Cashify terminates a Capper's account for violations of these Terms or the Capper Usage Agreement, Cashify will notify affected Subscribers by email and will automatically cancel their active subscriptions to that Capper's Products. Cashify may, at its sole discretion, issue pro-rata credits to affected Subscribers for any unused portion of their current Subscription Period.

If a Capper voluntarily closes their account or community, Cashify is not obligated to issue refunds or credits. Cappers may cancel individual Subscriber subscriptions at any time at their discretion for any reason. If a Capper's Discord server or Telegram channel is removed or banned by that third-party platform independently of any Cashify action, the Capper bears sole responsibility for any resulting disruption to their Subscribers. Cashify is not obligated to issue refunds in that circumstance, though Cashify may do so at its discretion.

We encourage Subscribers to review a Capper's profile and activity carefully before subscribing.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Cashify owns all proprietary rights in the Platform and our products, including patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. You may not use our trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos without our express prior written consent.
  • Cappers own all proprietary rights in their Content. By publishing Content on the Platform, Cappers grant Cashify a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that Content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide the Service.
  • All trade names, trademarks, and logos on the Platform not owned by Cashify are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform grants any right to use third-party marks without their owner's consent.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, or other feedback ("Feedback") regarding the Service, you grant Cashify a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and perform the Feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service or developing new features. You waive any moral rights in Feedback to the extent permitted by law.

10. Acceptable Use

Cashify has a zero-tolerance policy for Content that promotes violence, hate speech, impersonation, plagiarism, pornographic or sexually exploitative content, animal cruelty, selling illegal goods or services, or the public sharing of private information. "Content" in this section includes content published on and off the Platform. You agree not to:

  • Post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit any Content that: (i) infringes or violates a third party's intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates any applicable law or gives rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening; (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; or (viii) attempts to direct Subscribers to competing platforms in violation of these Terms.
  • Use, mirror, or frame the Platform or any Cashify trademark without express written consent.
  • Access non-public areas of the Platform or Cashify's systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Cashify system or network.
  • Circumvent any technological protection measure implemented by Cashify or its providers.
  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or download Content.
  • Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain letters through the Platform.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose not permitted by these Terms.
  • Forge identifying information in emails or communications sent through the Platform.
  • Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any Platform software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Collect personally identifiable information from other Members without their consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Encourage or enable any other person to do any of the foregoing.

Any Member found to have violated this section may be immediately and permanently banned from Cashify at our discretion without entitlement to a refund.

11. Compliance with Laws

You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform, and your creation, distribution, and use of Content and Products, will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws relating to sports wagering, gambling, or online gaming. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for your use given your legal obligations. Cashify makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

12. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Cashify does not permit copyright infringement on the Platform. We will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a notice, send the following to legal@cashify.co:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
  • A description of the infringing Content and where it is located on the Platform.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing Content and terminate repeat infringers' accounts without refund. We may forward your notice, including contact information, to the Member who posted the Content.

13. Confidentiality

Content received from a Capper is for your personal use only and is strictly proprietary and confidential. Sharing, redistributing, or republishing any paywalled Content to any third party — whether electronically, verbally, or in writing — is strictly prohibited. Any Member found sharing Content externally will be immediately and permanently banned without entitlement to a refund.

14. Privacy

We value the privacy of our Members. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including information collected through our Discord and Telegram integrations.

Cashify uses Google's invisible reCAPTCHA service to protect the Platform from fraud and abuse. Our use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

15. Monitoring

Although we are not obligated to monitor the Platform, we have the right to do so to operate the Service, ensure compliance with these Terms, and comply with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Content or Product at any time without notice. We may cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute Members who violate applicable law.

16. Messaging

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you through the Platform, including login verification codes and Capper notifications. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider. For issues with the messaging program, contact us at support@cashify.co.

17. Force Majeure

Cashify will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party platform outages (including Discord, Telegram, or Stripe), cyberattacks, or other events of force majeure. In such circumstances, Cashify will use reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will notify affected Members where feasible.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS. CASHIFY SELLS ACCESS TO THIRD-PARTY COMMUNITIES AND DOES NOT CONTROL, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE ANY CONTENT SHARED WITHIN THOSE COMMUNITIES BY CAPPERS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT SHARED WITHIN A CAPPER'S COMMUNITY. WE ALSO MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF DISCORD, TELEGRAM, OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM USED TO HOST CAPPER COMMUNITIES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED THEREON ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

19. Indemnification

You will indemnify Cashify and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any third-party liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to: (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your Content or Products; or (iii) your violation of these Terms.

Cashify will indemnify you and hold you harmless from and against any third-party liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a third-party claim that the Platform itself (excluding any Capper Content or Products), or your use thereof in strict accordance with these Terms, infringes a U.S. intellectual property right of a third party.

20. Limitation of Liability

Your interactions with Cappers and other Members, including use of or payment for Content and Products, are solely between you and those individuals. Cashify is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from such dealings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHIFY AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CASHIFY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO CASHIFY DURING THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CASHIFY'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER SECTION 19.

21. Term and Termination

You or Cashify may terminate these Terms at any time. You may do so by terminating your account. We may do so by providing notice and/or discontinuing the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 1, 8, 13, 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 will survive termination. Subscribers remain obligated for all outstanding Fees accrued up to the date of termination.

22. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

22.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@cashify.co and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

22.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except as provided in Sections 22.4 and 22.5. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Nevada, or by telephone or video conference at your election. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

22.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND CASHIFY EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM IS ADJUDICATED IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, BOTH YOU AND CASHIFY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. IF THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN THIS SECTION IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN SECTION 22.2 SHALL BE NULL AND VOID IN ITS ENTIRETY; IN THAT EVENT, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE WILL LIE IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN NEVADA.

22.4 Small Claims

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional rules.

22.5 Injunctive Relief

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute resolution process.

22.6 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@cashify.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account email or phone number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

23. General Provisions

23.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

23.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Capper Usage Agreement (for Cappers), and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between Cashify and you regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings or agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

23.3 Assignment and Non-Transferability

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Cashify's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is null and void. Cashify may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Capper accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise convey your Capper account, your Cashify Handle, your Subscriber base, or any associated rights to any third party without Cashify's prior written consent. Any unauthorized transfer or attempt to transfer a Capper account may result in immediate termination of the account without refund or Payout of withheld funds.

23.4 Changes to These Terms or the Platform

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. We may change or discontinue the Platform at any time at our sole discretion.

23.5 Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Service provides access to third-party platforms including Discord and Telegram. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services available through those platforms. You assume all risk arising from your use of any third-party resources.

23.6 Member Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and another Member, Cashify has no obligation to intervene. You agree to resolve such disputes directly with the other Member.

23.7 Waiver

Cashify's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Cashify.

23.8 Marketing Reference

You agree that Cashify may reference you publicly as a Member, including in marketing materials and social channels. If you prefer not to be referenced, contact us at support@cashify.co.
