Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") is an essential part of our commitment to providing quality services. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

Our services operate on a subscription-based and paywalled model, ensuring access to exclusive content and features. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that neither Cashify nor any Capper, our payment processor, or any affiliated parties will issue refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Product or Content, failure to utilize the Product or Content, or any technical issues with notifications or messages.

While Cashify or a Capper may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund, discount, or credit under exceptional circumstances, such decisions do not establish an obligation for future refunds, discounts, or credits.

2. Automatic Renewals and Cancellations

Your subscription to a Capper's Product will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, including free trial periods, unless you cancel in accordance with our Terms of Service. You can manage your subscriptions and renewal preferences in your Account Settings. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any remaining subscription period.

3. Account Termination and Forfeiture

Cashify reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without issuing a refund for any Fees paid if you engage in prohibited conduct under our Terms of Service, including but not limited to the following actions:

• Making threats or harassing a Capper or any other user.
• Sharing paywalled Capper content in violation of Section 16 of our Terms of Service.
• Any other breaches of our Terms of Service, including violations of the Acceptable Use requirements in Section 14.

Cashify reserves the right to take legal action or cooperate with law enforcement authorities in response to threats or illegal activities directed towards our platform, its users, or third parties.

4. Modifications and Updates

Cashify reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Refund Policy at any time without notice. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
