Refund Policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") is part of our commitment to transparency. Please read it carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding purchases on our platform. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final
Cashify operates a subscription-based marketplace connecting Subscribers with Cappers who offer access to exclusive Discord and Telegram communities. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that neither Cashify nor any Capper is obligated to issue refunds or credits for reasons including, but not limited to: dissatisfaction with content, failure to use the community, personal circumstances, or voluntary cancellation before the end of a billing period.
Cashify or a Capper may, at their sole discretion, offer a refund, discount, or credit under exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not create an obligation to do so in the future.
2. How Refunds Are Requested
Because Cappers operate their own communities through our marketplace, refund requests should be directed to the Capper first. Cappers are responsible for handling refund decisions for their own subscriptions within the limits of this Policy.
If you are unable to reach the Capper, if the Capper is unresponsive within 5 business days, or if your request falls under Section 3 (Exceptions), you may escalate your request directly to Cashify at support@cashify.co. Please include your account details, the Capper's name, the charge date, and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your escalation within 10 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If we are unable to resolve your request, we will explain why.
3. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued
Notwithstanding Section 1, refunds may be issued in the following limited circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount or charged more than once for the same subscription due to a platform error, contact us and we will correct it promptly.
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@cashify.co. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or work with Stripe to resolve the dispute.
- Access failure caused by Cashify: If our platform fails to provision your Discord or Telegram access after a successful payment due to a technical error on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If access cannot be restored within that window, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the period during which access was unavailable.
Refund requests under this section must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.
4. How Refunds Are Calculated
When a refund is issued, the amount returned to you is calculated as follows:
- Stripe processing fees are non-recoverable. Our payment processor, Stripe, does not return their transaction fees when a refund is issued. As a result, refunds will not include any portion attributable to Stripe's processing fees, regardless of the reason for the refund.
- Cashify's platform fee is refunded proportionally. Cashify earns a percentage of each transaction. If a full refund is issued, Cashify's platform fee is refunded in full. If a partial refund is issued, Cashify's platform fee is refunded in proportion to the amount refunded.
- Example: If you paid $100 and a full refund is approved, you will receive back the $100 minus Stripe's non-recoverable processing fee (typically a small percentage plus a fixed amount — see stripe.com/pricing for current rates). Cashify's platform fee portion will be returned to you in full.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Automatic Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, including any free trial periods offered by a Capper, unless cancelled beforehand. You can manage your subscriptions and cancellation preferences in your Account Settings.
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the Capper's Discord or Telegram community until the end of your current billing period, at which point your access will be automatically revoked. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any remaining portion of the billing period.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Failure to use the community or content during a billing period does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Free Trials
Some Cappers may offer free trial periods at their discretion. If a free trial is available, it will be clearly stated on the Capper's listing. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Free trial eligibility, duration, and terms are set by each Capper. Cashify does not guarantee that free trials will be available for any particular community.
7. Capper-Initiated Changes or Closures
Cashify is a marketplace platform — the content, communities, and access provided through our Services are controlled by individual Cappers. As a result:
- If a Capper closes, discontinues, or materially changes their Discord or Telegram community, Cashify is not obligated to issue refunds for any unused portion of a Subscriber's billing period. Any disputes regarding content quality or community changes are between the Subscriber and the Capper.
- If a Capper's account is terminated by Cashify for violations of our Terms of Service, Cashify will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Subscribers and may, at its sole discretion, issue partial credits or refunds.
We encourage Subscribers to review a Capper's profile and community carefully before subscribing.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@cashify.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are often able to resolve disputes faster and more effectively than the chargeback process.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or filing a chargeback that is found to be illegitimate, may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund of any fees paid. Cashify reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and to provide relevant transaction data to Stripe and your card issuer.
9. Account Termination and Forfeiture
Cashify reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without refund if you engage in prohibited conduct under our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing a Capper or any other user.
- Sharing paywalled Capper content without authorization.
- Filing illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Any other material breach of our Terms of Service, including violations of our Acceptable Use policy.
Cashify reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement in response to illegal activities directed at our platform, its users, or third parties.
10. Modifications to This Policy
Cashify reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by displaying a notice within our Services. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
