How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Log in to your Cashify account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings, then select Billing History.

  3. Click the transaction you’d like to request a refund for.

  4. Select Request Refund.

  5. Complete the support request form and click Submit Issue.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Cashify support team, and you’ll be notified of the outcome.
