My subscription just renewed & I forgot to cancel, can i get a refund?

Cashify’s refund policy depends on your subscription type and timing of your request.

In most cases:

Refunds may be considered if you contact support promptly after an unintended renewal.
Automatic refunds are not guaranteed, once a billing cycle has begun, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What You Should Do

  1. Submit a support request as soon as possible, include:

    • Your account email

    • The subscription that renewed

    • Date of the charge

    • Reason for the refund request

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility may vary depending on how long it’s been since renewal.

  • Refunds, if approved, are typically issued back to the original payment method.

  • Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals, but does not automatically trigger a refund.
