Update Your Bank Account or Payout Details

Your payout bank account and identity information are stored in Stripe, not in Cashify. To change them, you go to your Stripe Express dashboard from inside the Affiliate Portal.


How to update your bank account

  1. Sign in and open the Affiliate Portal at cashify.co/affiliate.

  2. Click Stripe dashboard in the top navigation bar (desktop), or open the menu on mobile and tap Stripe dashboard under Payouts.

  3. In Stripe, go to SettingsPayout details (the exact path may vary by country and Stripe's current UI).

  4. Update your bank account, routing number, or other payout settings and save in Stripe.

Changes in Stripe take effect for future transfers automatically — you don't need to do anything in Cashify after updating.


Update identity or tax information

If Stripe asks you to re-verify your identity or submit updated tax documents:

  1. Open Stripe dashboard from the Affiliate Portal (same steps above).

  2. Look for a banner or alert in Stripe — they'll prompt you directly if action is needed.

  3. Complete any requested steps in Stripe.

If your Stripe account has an issue blocking payouts, you may also see a warning in the Affiliate Portal prompting you to check your status. Click Check status if that message appears, or go directly to the Stripe dashboard.


If Stripe dashboard won't open

  1. Make sure you've completed initial Stripe onboarding. If not, go to cashify.co/affiliate — if you see Set up payouts, finish that first (see Getting Started as an Affiliate).

  2. If onboarding is complete but the button still fails, try in a different browser or disable any popup blocker, since Stripe opens in a new tab.
