Approve, Reject, and Suspend Affiliates

The Affiliates tab is where you review applications and manage the status of everyone in your program.

Open the Affiliates table

Go to cashify.co/dashboard/affiliates/manage.

You'll see a table with each affiliate's name, referral code, status, commission rate, and an Actions column.

Approve a pending application

  1. Find a row with status pending.

  2. Click Approve.

The affiliate's status changes to approved immediately and they gain access to referral links for your program. If you have notifications enabled, they'll be notified.

Reject an application

  1. Find a row with status pending.

  2. Click Reject.

The affiliate is declined. They may be able to reapply depending on your program settings.

Suspend an approved affiliate

Use this if an approved affiliate is violating your terms or you need to pause their access without fully removing them.

  1. Find an approved affiliate.

  2. Click the ⋮ button in the Actions column (three vertical dots).

  3. Click Suspend.

A suspended affiliate's referral links stop tracking commissions. They still appear in your table with status suspended.

Re-approve a rejected or suspended affiliate

  1. Find the affiliate with status rejected or suspended.

  2. Click Approve.

They're restored to approved and their links become active again.

Tips

  • Pending count is shown in the header of the table (e.g. "12 total · 3 pending"), so you can see at a glance if there are applications to review.

  • If your table is empty, share your application link to start getting applicants — see Share Your Application Link.
