Your Earnings and Payouts

The Earnings page shows your commission history across all programs. Actual payout details and bank information live in Stripe.


Open Earnings

Go to cashify.co/affiliate/earnings or click Earnings in the top nav.


Commission statuses

Status What it means
Pending A qualifying sale was attributed to you. The commission is waiting to be sent — this happens after the buyer's refund window closes and the seller's payment settles.
Paid Cashify has transferred the commission to your Stripe account. From there, Stripe sends it to your bank on its standard payout schedule.
Reversed The buyer got a refund, so the commission was clawed back. If it was partially reversed, part of the amount remains paid.

Check your Stripe balance and payout schedule

Cashify transfers your commissions to your Stripe Express account. Stripe then pays out to your bank on its own schedule (typically every 2 days for cards, or weekly depending on your country and settings).

  1. On the Earnings page, click Stripe dashboard.

  2. A new tab opens to your Stripe Express account.

  3. In Stripe, you can see your available balance, pending balance, payout history, and the next payout date.

You can also click Stripe dashboard in the top affiliate navigation bar on any page.


When commissions are sent

Commissions move from pending to paid once:

  1. The buyer's order is no longer refundable (the window varies by seller).

  2. The underlying Stripe charge has settled.

Cashify then transfers the amount to your Stripe account automatically. If your Stripe onboarding is complete, the transfer usually happens within a few business days after the above conditions are met.


If a commission is missing

  1. Check that the sale happened through your referral link and within the attribution window (check Referral links for click data).

  2. Check if the order may have been refunded (that would reverse the commission).

  3. If everything looks correct but the commission isn't showing up after a few days, contact support at cashify.co/support.
