Credit & Debit Cards
Transaction fees per sale
One clear rate per sale. The billing fee and Stripe fee are included; no separate line items at checkout. Discord, Telegram, and billing are included in the 3%. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.
Recurring plans have a $5.00 minimum.
Payouts
Standard and instant payouts
Funds are sent to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Standard payouts usually arrive in 2 business days (US) or per your dashboard schedule. Instant payouts have a fee by currency (Stripe fee).
Disputes & Refunds
Chargebacks and refunds
Stripe’s dispute and refund policies apply to your account. We don’t add fees on top. Sales are final per our Refund Policy; any refund you issue is at your discretion.
When a cardholder files a dispute, a $15 fee is charged (non-refundable). If you contest, an additional $15 may apply (refunded if you win). You are responsible for the disputed amount and fees.
The original processing fee is not returned when you issue a refund. The cost of the refunded transaction is borne by you.
